It includes recipes and anecdotes about how people coped with very little resource during the depression. Even if you don’t cook much, this is a good read with a lot of insight included from a variety of people. And lots of fun recipes of course!

It measures 6 x 8; includes over 300 pages. The pages are in great condition with some foxing on the outsides of the pages. It has been loved and used so there is a little wear on the cover that can be expected with a book this age.
